This 90 cm induction hob has 5 induction zones. There are 9 power levels, plus a double booster for each zone for even faster cooking.

The new TFT display guides you step by step through the cooking process in a clear and intuitive way. The control interface, invisible when switched off and illuminated when active, perfectly embodies Bertazzoni’s philosophy of understated elegance and intuitive functionality. The Multi-zone function combines multiple cooking zones to create a single larger zone, allowing the use of large pots or grills.

The new Bertazzoni induction hobs offer a simplified cooking experience thanks to the Bertazzoni Assistant, which includes five customised automatic programmes. A temperature sensor, located in the centre of each cooking zone, allows you to achieve flawless results without any effort.

Thanks to the Pot Moving function, when you move the pot to another cooking zone, all settings, from power level to pot size, are automatically transferred, ensuring maximum flexibility and convenience in the kitchen.

The maximum power of 3.7 kW at the Boost level ensures reduced boiling times and higher cooking temperatures for perfect browning of meat. The high flexibility of the induction hobs allows for perfect cooking even at low temperatures, maintaining a stable temperature and ensuring ultra-quiet operation for maximum comfort.
