The Customer declares that they have read all the above information and general terms of sale before placing the order.
General Terms of Sale
These general terms govern the sale of products marketed by KitchensElite.com (the “Products”).
All contracts for the sale of Products by Teknoapp SrL to third parties (the “Customers”) are governed by these General Terms, which form an integral and substantial part of every proposal, order, and order confirmation for the purchase of the Products. The terms of sale applicable to orders are those in effect on the date of the order.

Products: Prices and Characteristics
Unless otherwise stated, the prices of Products published on the Teknoapp SrL website are expressed in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are excluded.
Shipments outside the European Union (non-EU) are also exclusive of any customs duties, which will be the responsibility of the recipient and requested by the carrier upon delivery.
The price guaranteed to the buyer is the one published on the Site at the time the order is submitted. The price established at purchase is fixed and final.
The prices of Products published by Teknoapp SrL on the site cancel and replace previous prices and are subject to the actual availability of the Products.
The technical and functional characteristics of the Products, published by Teknoapp SrL via informational messages on the product pages, are those provided by the respective manufacturers. Teknoapp SrL assumes no responsibility regarding the accuracy and completeness of such information. Product images are indicative and not binding.
Products are not provided for trial. Although KitchensElite.com staff may provide guidance on Product features, the Customer is responsible for choosing the Products ordered and ensuring that the specifications indicated by each manufacturer meet their needs.

Orders – Invoicing
Each Product order sent to Teknoapp SrL constitutes a contractual proposal from the Customer. The processing of the order by Teknoapp SrL constitutes confirmation and acceptance of the order.
The fiscal documentation for the ordered Products will be issued by Teknoapp SrL at the time of shipment to the Customer.
The Customer must provide the exact data necessary for invoicing and specify the invoice delivery address.

Order Execution
Orders will be executed within the timeframes specified on the Site.
Once confirmed, the order can only be canceled within 24 hours, after which the Customer is obligated to pay. In accordance with applicable laws, the Customer may still withdraw from the contract within 14 days, following our Return Policy (see point 9).
If Teknoapp SrL cannot execute the order due to unavailability of the ordered Products, Teknoapp SrL will promptly inform the Customer of the expected delivery times for the missing Product. If the Customer does not wish to wait, Teknoapp SrL will refund any payments made for the unfulfilled order.
In the event of stock depletion or Product unavailability, Teknoapp SrL will promptly inform the Customer and specify a timeframe for availability.
The Customer will confirm by email their choice, either to wait for the Product availability or request a refund.

Order Acceptance
The contract is concluded only upon confirmation of the order by Teknoapp SrL.
The Customer will receive, by mail or email, a receipt notification confirming the order with all contractual elements (products, prices, delivery dates, shipping costs, …).
Teknoapp SrL reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason, particularly regarding any issues with the received order or product supply.

Product Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer.
Shipments will occur after payment confirmation: for bank transfers, the credit to our account is proof; for payments via PayPal, credit card, or other electronic system, confirmation of the completed transaction from the circuit is required.
We use qualified express courier services such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, or specialized furniture delivery couriers to ensure service quality and product integrity.

Standard Shipping
Delivery of in-stock products is made via express courier within 5 working days in Italy, 7 working days in Europe, and 8 working days for all other destinations. For bulky and/or fragile items, delivery is via specialized couriers with variable times depending on volume and destination. For orders containing items with different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies. Product pages indicate availability from order date, to which standard or specialized shipping times must be added according to destination and order volume.
Example: a product not in stock, available in 2-3 weeks, will be available in logistics within a maximum of 3 weeks from order confirmation. From warehouse arrival, standard shipping times apply: 5 working days for Italy, 7 for Europe, 8 for other destinations.
Any delivery delays under 30 days do not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery or claim compensation. Teknoapp SrL reserves the right to deliver products in multiple stages if deemed appropriate.
Delivery is considered completed once the Product is handed to the Customer. The delivery note, dated and signed by the Customer, constitutes proof of transport and delivery.

Delivery to Floor and Assembly
Deliveries are street-level only; collection of old items is not provided.
Special delivery conditions must be agreed in advance in writing. Teknoapp SrL does not offer assembly services unless previously agreed in writing. Most products are pre-assembled; assembly is generally simple.
Important:
Upon delivery, the Customer must check the contents, compliance, and condition of the Products. Teknoapp SrL recommends verifying the condition before signing the delivery notice, in particular:
- that the number of packages matches the shipping document;
- that packaging is intact, not damaged or wet;
- check the integrity of contents.
If anomalies are found, the Customer must refuse delivery or record a detailed, dated note. Signing without reservation prevents later claims. Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Teknoapp SrL reserves the right to use its chosen courier.

Product Pickup in Case of Customer Absence
If the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a notice. Products must be picked up according to courier instructions.
If not collected, Products are returned to Teknoapp SrL, which may refund the product price, leaving shipping costs to the Customer.
For product errors, the Customer must return the item(s) to Teknoapp SrL within 7 days, in original packaging and with accompanying documents. Teknoapp SrL will resend the correct Product at its expense.

Force Majeure
Force majeure includes strikes, transport or supply blockages, government restrictions, IT failures, and telecom interruptions including internet. Execution of orders is suspended in such cases. After 3 months, if unresolved, orders are automatically canceled unless otherwise agreed.

Product Warranty – Technical Support
Teknoapp SrL guarantees only the physical integrity of Products upon delivery (“Teknoapp SrL Warranty”).
8.1 Defects must be reported within 10 days of delivery. Warranty covers replacement only; no other damages are payable. Shipping for replacements is at Teknoapp SrL’s expense.
8.2 Teknoapp SrL provides no additional warranty beyond that of the manufacturers. Manufacturer handles warranty and technical support.
8.3 Except in cases of gross negligence or intent, Teknoapp SrL’s liability cannot exceed the Product purchase price.

Right of Withdrawal
9.1 As per Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185, Customers who qualify as consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the Products.
9.2 Withdrawal must be exercised within 14 days. After 14 days, the right cannot be exercised.

9.3 Effects
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, including customs duties. Products must be in original packaging and intact. Refunds include payments made, including delivery costs (except for optional upgraded delivery) within 14 days of receiving the return. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Refunds may be suspended until product receipt or proof of shipment.

9.5 Customer Responsibility
Customer is responsible only for diminished value due to handling beyond what is necessary to verify product characteristics.
9.6 Custom Products
Right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products.
9.7 Recommendations
- Check product condition before signing;
- Verify packaging integrity;
- Check contents.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of order.
Methods: credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal. Bank transfers must be received within 14 days.

Non-Payment – Retention of Title
Products remain property of Teknoapp SrL until fully paid. Teknoapp SrL may reclaim unpaid Products; Customer bears return shipping.

Complaints

Keep original packaging and delivery note.

Personal Data
Data processing complies with legal provisions. Data is necessary for order processing, invoicing, and warranties. Customers may access, modify, or delete their data.

Electronic Signature
The “click to confirm” constitutes an electronic signature with the same value as a handwritten signature.

Non-Waiver
Failure to enforce an obligation does not constitute a waiver.

Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement.

Intellectual Property
Teknoapp SrL owns all IP rights on the site and catalog. Reproduction, use, or distribution is prohibited.

Invalidity
If any provision is invalid, other provisions remain in force.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
In disputes, without amicable agreement, the Court of Monza has exclusive jurisdiction, except for mandatory consumer protection laws.
The Customer declares to have read and specifically accepted clauses 1-19 as per articles 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code.
