The 76 cm XT single oven from Bertazzoni’s Professional Series offers you the full range of fast and even cooking modes, from the dual-fan convection system to traditional static cooking.

Its 11 cooking functions include: static oven cooking, fan-assisted cooking, fan-assisted grilling, low-temperature proofing and regeneration. The easy-to-use knob controls set the cooking functions via microprocessors. These include the operation and memory functions of the Bertazzoni Assistant.

The simple display interface has been specially designed for easy programming and cooking monitoring. However, if you prefer, you can still operate the oven in fully manual mode.

Its exceptional, energy-saving performance is enhanced by the use of high-tech insulating materials and quadruple-glazed doors. The oven is equipped with a self-cleaning pyrolytic coating. The oven door hinges, which open silently, keep the door open in any position.
